At MegaStorz, we do not accept any requests for order cancellations once the purchase has been made. All sales are considered final upon payment confirmation.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order has been processed and payment is confirmed, no refund requests will be entertained.

3. Replacement Policy

In the event that you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement for the affected item.

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The issue must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
  • You must provide proof of the defect or damage (e.g., clear photographs of the product and packaging).

Once the defect or damage has been verified, we will process the replacement. Please note that replacements will only be issued for the exact same item as originally ordered.

4. How to Request a Replacement

5. Shipping for Replacements

In the case of verified manufacturing defects or damage, the shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by MegaStorz.

6. Non-Eligibility for Replacement

  • Any product damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized alterations will not qualify for replacement.
  • Items returned without prior communication and approval will not be eligible for replacement.
